The New Year is just around the corner… and the entire team at PlanB Chamonix is thrilled to celebrate this festive occasion with you. ✨

To make your December 31st unforgettable, our chef has crafted an exceptional, gourmet, and refined menu.

New Year's Eve Menu:

Amuse-bouche

Gingerbread-style macaron, homemade foie gras mousse, fig confit

Homemade beetroot gravlax, light herb cream, yuzu gel

Abondance cheese gougère

Appetizer

Perfect egg, mushroom cream, chorizo chips, and parmesan tuile

Main Course

Veal tenderloin, Port wine sauce, grilled morels, creamy sweet potato purée, and glazed baby carrots

Dessert

Valrhona dark chocolate "Mystère," raspberry, and praline

Mignardises

Lemon-basil mini tartlet, mango-passion fruit macaron, chocolate bite
