When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, and the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
In any event, SAS Plan B only collects personal information about the user for the requirements of certain services offered by the site. Guarantee
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number and expiry date, along with full or partial prepayment depending on the cancellation policy.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation and Modification
Any modification to the booking, or partial or total cancellation, must be made in writing.
Non-Refundable Terms
Full prepayment for the stay is charged at the time of booking.
This prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival.
Flexible 30-Day Rate
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
If cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled between 7 and 4 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
If cancelled 3 days or less before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Last-Minute Rate (7 days prior)
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
