FIT Reservations

Warranty

Reservations are only confirmed with a valid credit card number and expiry date, and with full or partial prepayment in accordance with the cancellation policy.

No presentation

In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be billed.

Cancellation and modification

Any modification of the reservation, partial or total cancellation, must be made in writing.

Conditions of non-refundability

A prepayment equal to the total cost of the stay (excluding the tourist tax) is charged at the time of booking. The prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before arrival, on the day of arrival, or if you do not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for the consequences of external, unforeseeable, and unavoidable events that prevent the performance of the booked services (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.‍

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation and/or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
